How Should XYZ Company Handle ESI Documentation for Employee Transfer to Kota?

Dear Sir/Madam, please suggest in the below-mentioned case:

Mr. X is an employee of XYZ Company working in the main office of the company. He is an ESI-covered employee, and XYZ Company is paying ESI contributions to the Karnal Authorities. Now, the person has been transferred from Karnal to the Kota location, and XYZ Company also has an ESI Sub Code in Kota.

I request you to advise on how XYZ Company should show the employee in the Kota location, what needs to be presented to the Kota ESI authority, and what kind of documentation will be involved in this process.

Show exit in the Main unit. Add in Sub Code Number - where he is presently employed.

Please let me know how to show the exit of an employee from the main unit using which reason code, with a view to adding him to the subcode.
