Dear All,
My name is Sreekanth, and I worked as an HR Manager for a building material manufacturing company specializing in AAC Blocks and AAC Bonds. I joined this company in March 2017, and my initial task was to close all vacancies in the districts, Head Office, and Plant (specifically for the positions of Executive, Sales Head for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). The salary offered to me initially was 2.5 LPA without any deductions, equating to a take-home pay of 21k per month without ESI and PF. However, later, they included ESI and PF in the package, reducing the net pay to 17k per month. It was promised that after three months, based on my performance, a decent package would be offered, which was my first concern.
I have successfully completed the hiring process for all districts, states, and the plant and Head Office locations. However, I recently had an unpleasant encounter with the Managing Director. He called me into his office, shouted and berated me, and asked me to leave the company immediately without providing any explanation. I tried to request an opportunity to understand the situation and explain myself, but my efforts were futile. A week later, when I approached the MD for my experience and relieving letters, as well as the full and final settlement, he once again yelled at me and asked me to leave his company.
I faced challenges in filling vacancies at the plant due to the MD's behavior. The individuals I initially hired left the plant, returning all office equipment. Although plant recruitment was not a part of my Key Result Areas (KRAs), I managed to close all vacancies upon request.
Currently, the MD is withholding information regarding ESI, PF, and my one-month notice period. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed. I am based in Hyderabad.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
