Neonatal baby and her name is not mentioned in ESIC

Sir I have neonatal baby and her name is not mentioned in esic.She is admitted in private hospital. WHAT I DO for. esic will help me.?

Have you availed maternity benefit? In other words do the ESI authorities know about possible baby?
Have you intimated that you have admitted your baby in pvt hospital?

Hi,
If you are referred to private hospital thru ESIC dispensary, then in that case you have to take the certificate (attached) from your employer.
On this certificate the private hospital will provide the benefits and hospital will receive the expenses thru the ESIC.
