Dear Sir / Madam, I want to go on maternity leave as my 7th month has started. I want to go from 2 aug to 20th feb. Pls provide me maternity leave format if you have.
Please ask your Employer to furnish you relevant Form as applicable under Maharashtra Maternity Benefit Rules.Please submit Medical Certificate also from Registered Medical Practitioner mentioning expected Date of Delivery
My office is not giving maternity leave for 6 month as per rule of government. I am working here since 6 Feb 2017 so plz help me
