Aadhaar card verification - error stating "You must enter text with 12 or fewer characters"

Dear All, I need your assistance in verifying Aadhaar card on ESIC portal.
We are trying to verify Aadhaar Card for one of our employee but it's trowing error stating that"You must enter text with 12 or fewer characters".
