Pf claim rejected - account mismatch wIth KYC

Hello i claim for my pf on 12 june 2017 but today there message was it has been rejected due to wrong account details it has not approved during submission of my pf i gave my personal account and my pervious account has been closed so please help me to give me a way it has been rejected.

Apply through Non-Aadhaar Claim form or old claim form by attaching the cheque leaf or passbook copy. Forms can be downloaded from EPF website or from PF Office.
