Need Help with Latest ESIC and EPFO Calculation Sheets for FY 2017-18?

Dear All,

Kindly provide me a model sheet for the calculation of ESIC and EPFO according to the latest rules for the FY 2017-18. Many amendments have come from ESIC and EPFO. So, please, could somebody provide me with the latest Excel sheet and norms for calculating/deducting the exact ESIC and EPF from employees and employers?
