Stuck with TRRN Status Awaiting Bank Response: How Can We Resolve This EPFO Payment Issue?

We filed ECR on the new unified portal of EPFO. However, at the time of making the payment, a site error occurred, resulting in the TRRN status now being changed to "Awaiting payment response from Bank." Consequently, we are unable to pay PF at all. What should we do now? Please help!! PLEASE GIVE A SOLUTION BECAUSE THE DUE DATE HAS ALREADY PASSED.

Kindly wait after receiving the status like "Awaiting payment response from Bank." It will take some time to get payment confirmation. Even if you have not received it, please check your bank account because sometimes the payment is not processed, and the amount is reversed to our bank.

After that, you will need to upload the ECR again and generate the TRRN.

If the amount is not debited from your bank, kindly upload ECR again and make the payment. After a few days, you will have the option to pay the same, which is currently "Awaiting for payment"...you can cancel that.

Hi Surya,

Please select the payment option and then navigate to view locked challans under common links to proceed further. You can recover the same ECR/challan for payment.
