I have submitted all documents at the HR office one month ago. However, upon checking my claim status online, it shows "NO RECORD FOUND". What does this mean? Kindly assist me.
Maybe the PF Department has not entered the information in the PRO Section yet. Only after the entry is completed, you will be able to view the status.
It is possible that HR has not submitted your PF claim forms to the PF office.
