My wife has mentioned her father's name and surname in his service records as per her qualification certificates. Now, in all her photo ID proofs, my name is behind her name. How can she withdraw her PF and take pension?

Don't worry about that. While your spouse is applying for her PF settlement forms, there is a specific column in the PF settlement forms for ladies. Kindly mention in that, "Daughter of ......................." and "Wife ...........................". That is enough.
