Preparing a Training Calendar (Monthly/Yearly) in an Eye Hospital

Hello everyone..!!!
Looking for some guidance in preparing a Training Calendar (Monthly/Yearly) in an Eye Hospital. If I can get a sample set it would be of great help to me and specially the skills and the points to be considered in preparing the same. Please help me.
