Leave Calculation - bifurcation if the company is giving 18 leaves to employees

What's the formula for bifurcation like if the company is giving 18 leaves to employees then how should HR bifurcate it in CL,SL & PL.

Please check from your Employer about bifurcation.18 days is towards what type of leave to be clarified by the Employer/Company

In the first place no mention about the type of the establishment in the initial post. Secondly, no employer has such a privilege to decide en bloc the maximum leave to be granted to his employees according to his whims and fancies. All it depends upon the leave provisions of the establishment-related Labour Law applicable.

I think you are in Maharashtra State and as such the Maharashtra Shops and Estt. Act would be applicable to your establishment. Therefore, the scale and types of leave admissible to your employees would be as per Sec.35 of the Act.Pl refer.
