Hi Sanjay,

1. There is no higher limit of PF contribution. The PF rate is 12% from both sides, employee and employer, okay.
2. Yes, there is a time limit. If an employee leaves the company within 3 months, he/she is not liable to claim the PF amount. If he/she leaves the company after 6 months, he/she will get their full amount of PF.
3. You have to fill out 2 forms for EPF, which are Form 19 and Form 10C, to enroll in the EPF scheme.
