How to build an Organization Structure in IT company

Hi friends, I am working as an HR in a reputed IT company. I am working on building an organization structure. So, I request you all to share the organization structure with different roles exists in service based IT company.

Organisational structure varies form organisation to organisation & size. It is better to take advise from the top management or have a detailed study to find out as who is reporting to whom. If at all you get those information then it will help for designing organisation structure
