Throughout the previous year, we faced irregularities in our salary payments. Initially, due to our rapport with the co-founders, we endured, hoping the situation would improve. However, starting December 2016, we experienced significant difficulties in receiving our salaries. My December salary was paid in three installments up until March 2017. From January 2017 onward, we have not received any salaries. I have five months of unpaid salary, in addition to a substantial reimbursement pending. Whenever we approach the directors, they assure us that they are working on procuring the funds. Despite several promises and deadlines, the money has not yet been disbursed.
