Status Of Minimum Wages In Delhi Implementation

HI, Delhi HC has stayed the Minimum wages notification of March 2017. Reference Apex Chamber of commerce and industry NCR Delhi. Could someone share information of the status of stay order. What are the consequence of employer not implementing the revised minimum wages.

Also i have a same query because some companies are implementing the new rate but most of the companies are waiting for update.
