If I am getting a salary of Rs. 25,000 and I need ESI, are there any possibilities to get ESI benefits? Anybody kindly suggest.

No, you are not eligible for ESIC. I suggest you take a mediclaim policy for yourself and your family.

I am working in an IT sector company. In my company, there is one employee whose salary is Rs 12,561 per month, and he is not interested in the deduction of PF and ESIC.
