Are Employers Required to File Half-Yearly Returns Under the Factories and Contract Labour Acts?

Please let me know whether the employer should file the half-yearly returns under the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.

Please let me know whether the employer should file the half-yearly returns under the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.

Under the Factories Act, a Half-Yearly return must be filed in duplicate before 15/07/2017 by the factory holding a Factory License.

Under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, a Half-Yearly Return must be filed by the contractor holding a Contract Labour License.

Please help us by providing the form for the Half-Yearly Return. We have been searching for it on Google; however, there are numerous forms available, and we are unable to determine which is the correct one.
