as the epf accounts which are not contributory for 36 months get dormant, it is better to visit the SRO EPF, they will help to update the data

if you dont mind i just keep on trying i am not getting correct result. ex: member id what exactly is wrong in that? please here i attach with UAN registration process do the needful
as you are providing data of 2012, and UAN system got introduced in july 2014, and this is july 2017
if the specific EPF ID was contributory during jan - june 2014 then it will get reflected, otherwise you have to contact the "inoperative a/c help desk" with your details, they will check their records and if Name/DOB will match they will allot UAN instantly. electronic way it is not possible to get details of 36+ months non contributory account details.
if the specific detail is wrong then , they will also check the records of the company for that period and will tender correct details
