Now you can follow up. As the EPF accounts which are not contributory for 36 months get dormant, it is better to visit the SRO EPF. They will help to update the data.

If you don't mind, I just keep on trying, but I am not getting the correct result. For example, what exactly is wrong with the member ID? Please find attached the UAN registration process. Kindly do the needful.

Understanding UAN and EPF Contributions

As you are providing data from 2012, and the UAN system was introduced in July 2014, and this is July 2017. If the specific EPF ID was contributory during Jan-June 2014, then it will get reflected; otherwise, you have to contact the "inoperative a/c help desk" with your details. They will check their records, and if the Name/DOB match, they will allot UAN instantly. Electronically, it is not possible to get details of 36+ months of non-contributory account details.

If the specific detail is wrong, they will also check the records of the company for that period and will tender correct details.
