EPF search appropriate circulars applicable to the employer?

Dear Sir,
Though there is a provision for circulars in EPF Portal, I am finding it difficult to find out the appropriate circulars applicable to the employer.
There is a search option in the portal but I have less knowledge of section, department codes. Request some one to help me.
