How Do I Create an Effective Vehicle Parking Policy for Our Employees?

I have to frame a vehicle parking policy for my company. We have parking space at our building for employees for vehicle parking.

Kindly help in drafting a parking policy.

Currently, our employees are parking their two-wheelers. We have sufficient parking space in comparison to our employee strength. The main issue is that most employees park their vehicles incorrectly, which blocks the parking spaces and prevents other employees from finding a spot to park. I have sent many emails to our employees regarding the proper parking etiquette, but it seems to have had no effect.

Every day, I receive complaints about the unavailability of parking spaces.

1) Mark the area for 2-wheelers to ensure that marking is done properly so that people feel comfortable parking and taking out their vehicles easily.

2) Deploy 01 security personnel/office boy until the staff becomes disciplined in parking their vehicles.

3) Circulate an email stating that any employee who breaks the parking discipline will be barred from parking their vehicle the next day.

4) Seek the company's management support to discipline those who violate the parking rules.
