Regarding ESI have to be mentioned in salary breakup or not . please give me information. When we offer a candidate ,in offer letter or salary slip ESI deduction has to be mentioned or not
Esi contribution needs to be deducted from the employees gross salary. Therefore being a part of a salary deduction it will come on payslip. as far as employers contribution concerns, it shouldn't be on payslip as neither it is getting credited nor debited from employees salary.
Off course in ctc breakup it will be shows as cost incurred.
