How Can I Remove Fake Experience from My Resume Without Hurting My Career?

I am a 2009 BTech graduate. I didn't get a job for 3 years after my studies. Then I joined a company with 3.8 years of fake experience on a contract basis. I worked there for 8 months before moving to a reputed company with 4.4 years of legitimate experience. Currently, I have completed 3 years in my current company and plan to make a change after 1 more year, reaching a total of 4 years in my current position. I want to remove the 3.8 years of fake experience from my resume. Please help.
