How Many Government Holidays Should Small Firms in Tamil Nadu Observe?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working in a small firm as an HR executive where 15 to 20 employees are working in Tamil Nadu. I want to know how many declared government holidays are applicable to small firms like ours.

Dear Menaka,

There is no mention about the type of firm you are working for. Normally, leaves and holidays for industrial establishments are covered by the TN Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1958.
