Creche Facilities and Age Limits: What Are Your Thoughts on the Maternity Benefit Act?

Dear Members,

There are a lot of queries regarding creche facilities and the age limit for which they should be provided.

In my opinion, the age limit for creche facilities should be fifteen months, as stated in the Nursing Break section of the earlier Maternity Benefit Act.

If anybody has any alternative suggestions, please provide them.

As per factory act the crèche is for children till the age of 6, after which they are required to go school
