ESI Returns if all the employees are getting more than 15000?

Dear colleague,
I have a clarification on ESI returns....
If the company has registered under ESI act, the company has no monthly contribution ( i.e, all the employees are getting more than 15000 ), in this case, should company do any returns. please advise me...

ESIC ceiling has been revised to 21000 with effect from 01 jan 2017

If all employee's Salary are above then ESI celling limit then you need to send a Letter to ESIC local & Regional Office and mentioned the same in letter.
NOTE : This can be modified only from April or October.

You will be required to file nil return. log into the portal and check the options
