Gst effect on the salary reimbursement componenent

Dear HR Leaders,
Will there be an impact of GST on the variable components of the salary( reimbursements-- fuel, office attire, driver sal etc),
Will the gstbe applibale on all the above componenets also.. if yes then who will have to bear the gst expense on that..
Pls advise.
