No Work / Idle Time Pay Will Attract ESIC/PF?

Dear Seniors,
Ours is a construction company, one major accident took place and the site was closed for 20 days. we want to pay the wages for these 20 days under pay for no work / idle time, will this pay attract esic/pf. pls help.

How you are going to pay this amount?
If it is through ay other head other than basic then it may not attract PF.
