How to transfer Old PF to Current PF Account through Online

Thanks in advance for kind support!
This is Jaya and i would like to transfer my old PF into current PF Account as i have joined this new Company in Febuary 2017.
Please confirm what is the procedure to transfer through online.
Actually situation is my new employer asked me that you want new pf account or continue with existing pf account in initially i said i want new pf account so it was my mistake.
Now my new pf account has opened and old pf account amount i want to transfer in new account.
Please confirm me procedure to transfer the fund by my own through online.

Step 1: Get your UAN Number from your current employer.
Step 2: Activate the UAN Number in Unified Portal.
Step 3: In EPF Website, there is a link called "One Employee - One EPF Account". Through that portal, login with your current UAN Number and link your previous PF Account in this UAN Number.
Step 4: Make sure that your KYC (Bank, Aadhaar & PAN) are updated and verified in your current UAN Number.
Step 5: In Unified Portal, You can find "Online Services".
Step 6: Apply for transfer through that portal (It is very simple).

As said by Saravanan you can anytime follow the process, but only thing you need to insure to link your aadhar card with your EPF account.

in my both (New & Previous Companies) employer submit PF amount in same UAN and it is showing in PF passbook also but in showing in different different companies account not yet transferred to current employer.
i have submitted the request online to transfer pf amount from previous to current employer but approval is showing in Employer in-actionable option and employer is unable to approve, pls suggent what to do.
