Need Help Transferring My Old PF to My New Account Online – What's the Process?

The situation is that my new employer asked me if I wanted a new PF account or to continue with the existing one. Initially, I requested a new PF account, which was a mistake. Now my new PF account has been opened, and I would like to transfer the amount from my old PF account to the new one.

Please provide me with the procedure to transfer the funds on my own online. Kindly assist.

Steps to Transfer Your PF Account Online

Step 1: Get your UAN number from your current employer.

Step 2: Activate the UAN number in the Unified Portal.

Step 3: In the EPF website, there is a link called "One Employee - One EPF Account." Through that portal, log in with your current UAN number and link your previous PF account to this UAN number.

Step 4: Make sure that your KYC (Bank, Aadhaar, and PAN) is updated and verified in your current UAN number.

Step 5: In the Unified Portal, you can find "Online Services."

Step 6: Apply for transfer through that portal; it is very simple.

In both my new and previous companies, the employer submitted the PF amount under the same UAN, which is reflected in the PF passbook. However, the amount is still not transferred to my current employer's account.
