I am really confused that what is the difference (Particular to "Notice Period") between the employee in probation Period and after confirmed in a company.
I am an employee in probation period in a company.
when i try to move out from the company in short notice, they are asking me to give notice period as like confirmed employee.
Do i have rights to buy notice period in that case?
What should I do, if employer is not accepting when i am ready to buy the notice period?
Do i have rights to go legally?
Please help me "this issue eating up my mind"
