I'm an experienced candidate with almost seven years of experience in the relevant field. I just got shortlisted by Cognizant, and they sent me an email asking to fill and send the Candidate Information Sheet along with some documents (PAN, 3 months' salary slip, joining letter, and last hike letter). I couldn't furnish the last three months' payslip as I wasn't provided with the same by my present company. So, I sent two payslips and my salary account details (last six months). Is there any other documentation process involved? Will just providing two payslips create a problem? The payslip of March had all the yearly details of the annual gross pay. Also, will they need a university certificate? I have the mark sheets but never collected the MA certificate.
