New to Payroll? How Do I Calculate DA, HRA, and CA for My Payslip?

How to create it and at what percentage I need to generate the payslip for DA/HRA/CA, etc. Could you please provide detailed information about this? I am eagerly awaiting your response.

Thank you for your advice. However, the company does not have a system in place to prepare payslips, and there are currently no HR operations being conducted. I now need to handle everything myself. Therefore, I kindly request your guidance for the further process.

System to prepare payslip and salary structure both are different.

The system to prepare payslip represents the shortage of adequate facility of software or personnel, but salary structure is company policy. Nobody from outside can make modifications; whatever the company policy has designed for the payroll should be put in the software/system.

You can find "salary structure" in the forum, where many Excel sheets are available, and also the breakup system.
