Please tell me the benefits of employers covering all employees under PF, ESIC, and the consequences of employers not covering all employees under PF and ESIC.

Dear Surender,

It is not optional; it is mandatory to provide PF and ESIC benefits under the PF & ESIC Act to whomever it may apply. Therefore, there is no option available to exclude employees from PF and ESIC other than some exemptions.
