How To Conduct Training On Customer Service?

We have planned to train fellow staffs in customer care,as it has never been done at our instituion.My main problem is how we can arrange them chronologically from introduction to conclusion.
Also anyone with an idea on how to train the same to Higher learning Institution staffs,please help.
