Planning Customer Service Training for University Staff: How Do We Structure It from Start to Finish?

We have planned to train fellow staff in customer care as it has never been done at our institution. My main problem is how we can arrange them chronologically from introduction to conclusion. Also, anyone with an idea on how to train the same to higher learning institution staff, please help.
