WE WANT A FORMAT OF CONFIRMATION, THAT IF EMPLOYEE IS GIVEN AN ASSET FOR EG. DIGITAL CAMERA, MOBILE ETC STATING TO TAKE CARE WHILE HANDLING IT, INCASE OF LOSE COMPANY WILL NOT PAY THEM SO ON....

Dear Friend,
Plese find the asset issue application for this reason. Before Issuiing any asset to any employee you can collect the filled form with signature so that in case of missing & breakage the employee will bear that anmount.
