Is it mandatory that we have to pay the service charges of 10% payable to the service provider? Are the service charges considered as profit margin expenses?
It is not at all mandatory to pay service charges at 10% to any vendor. It is their profit-earning margin, thus need to be negotiated at a minimal to ensure maximum saving of money.
