krushnapol@gmail.com
Hi Team, I need help regarding my relieving in present company. I joined the company 3 months back, I didn't like the rules and regulations and I want to go for better offer and good Listed company But the present company HR is not relieving me and telling me that, I need to stay 2 months notice period.

In offer letter it's mentioned like,

Appointment letter clause : After confirmation the company shall be entitled to terminate your employment by giving you one month notice.

You shall be entitled to terminate the contract of employment by giving a notice period of 3 months.

But they are telling like I need to stay minimum 3 months. But my new offer will expire in one month.

They replied on email- If we accept your resignation suppose , we will be able to relive you only as per the terms of the appointment letter.

Please help me regarding the above.
