Gratuity Registration Process: Can Anyone Guide Me Through the Steps?

As of now, there is no registration for Gratuity. There is a Form - A, which needs to be filled to be applicable for the Payment of Gratuity Act. After 5 years of your continuous service, it becomes a statutory obligation of the company for your gratuity amount.

Notice of opening in Form A has to be given to the controlling authority under the act. This was left out in my earlier reply.
