Hello Friends, I hope you all are doing fantastic in your area of expertise. I am Ritu and have 4 years of experience in HR - Talent acquisition and Generalist roles. To add value to my CV and enhance my knowledge, I am planning to take some executive courses online.

Although I inquired about courses from many universities, I finally found one. It is an Executive course in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI online, with a duration of four months and classes every Sunday from 6 pm to 9 pm. The fee for this course is Rs. 65K + tax.

Kindly suggest if it is worth the investment of Rs. 65K. Thank you in advance. Please advise me if I should proceed with this course or not.
