Monthly Stack Monitoring Of DG Set As Per PCB Act

Dear Sir,
1.As per PCB Act all D.G sets in factory premises should run as act (monthly stack monitoring etc), but the same we have a D.G engine for fire hydrant system the same rule applicable to Diesel engine?
2.Spent oil comes from D.G set we have to dispose off to authorised recycles what about the filters socked in oil?

2. Check your Emergency Engine Exhaust Stack is it Point Source Emission ie Duct from Exhaust of Engine to the outside Environment
