Hi Everyone, I have been appointed as the HR (First) in a service organization. Here, there are no systems followed until now. Payroll is done by accounts with mistakes, and several other admin tasks are done in bits and pieces. We have around 200 employees. Employees here submit no leave form; they take leave and receive full salary without any attendance monitoring system. Our biometric machine works in such a way that it captures only the in-time, so employees are making their punches punctually in the morning and leave after half an hour to one hour without recording anywhere and later claim for a full day's salary.
Almost all the employees are aggrieved by the payroll process done by the accounts department as they are facing partiality issues.
