Hi All, I need help writing my brother's resume. He has worked in the industry side (Ferro alloys) as a smelter for almost 20 years. After that, he took a break for nearly 10 years from the industry side. During this period, he worked in the education sector. However, due to some reasons, he left that field and now wants to rejoin the industry side with 20 years of experience. He is facing challenges due to the gap in his industrial experience. Please suggest how to address the ten years of service that is not in the industry sector.

No one can hide the truth. If you try to hide it from the recruiter, the biggest issues will be the Experience certificate, reference check from the earlier employer, and the last drawn salary.
