Termination with no relieving letter for sharing username / password

Pd.
I started my career with the company in 2006 and currently was working as sr team leader.recently escalation was raised against me charging me for integrity infraction stating that I shared my username and password with one of my Rep and rep has given written statement.whereas I protested as I was not in the office premises when this call was taken on my ID . Management gave no proof instead stated its confidential and decided to terminate my services. I asked for an option of resignation to be given but not accepted infact now they are denying to give me my experience / relieving letter aswell. Pls help
