How Will the New EPF Admin Charges Affect Your Business from April 2017?

Latest Update on Provident Fund: Gazette Notification - EPF Admin Charges (Account No. II) Revised with effect from 1st April 2017, at 0.65% and subject to a minimum of Rs. 500 per month. In the case of non-functional establishments, the minimum is Rs. 75 per month. There will be no Admin charges under EDLI (Account No XXII of EDLI).

Dear Sir,

In PF A/c No. 22, it has been confirmed that the balance is NIL. However, this information has not been mentioned in the notification. I am awaiting your reply.

Dear Sir,

I am willing to know if PF administrative charges are payable with effect from 1.4.17.

We are currently paying:
- A/c no 2: 0.65%
- A/c no 21: 0.50%
- A/c no 22: Rs 200

Please advise me accordingly.
