Hi am working as a Senior Recruiter for a Consultancy in Chennai. Am focusing on Insurance sector, i work on profile for Agency Managers, Insurance Agents, Sales Managers etc. Candidates join and they they hold on with the company for even a month. they are not able to handle the pressure. can someone tell me which type of candidates should i focus and what strategy should i follow.
