If you have absconded from the job without proper relieving, it will be difficult for you to get your claim settled online. You can directly approach and submit your withdrawal form to them. After submission, that form will go to your employer for their approval from EPFO itself. Most of the time, the employer will not reject to sign the official communication received from EPFO. But for the same, you need to have a strong follow-up.
