We have heard that Karnataka Shops & Establishment Minimum Wages are going to be amended. Please find attached the Draft Notification released on 28th April 2017.

Could you please review and advise if there are any changes required?

Please note that the process of increasing minimum wages applicable for "Shops & Commercial Establishments" has begun. Please await the Gazette Notification intimating the applicability date for implementation.
