Opting Out of PF Contributions: Which Form Should Employees Use?

Hi,

Please let me know which form an employee should fill out that states he is not willing to contribute to PF in his salary. His Basic + DA is above Rs. 15,000/- right from his date of joining.

Every new employee joining a PF organization has to fill up PF Form 11 (Revised). The declarations therein will guide you on whether you should cover the employee or not.

If the employee was a PF member earlier and has not withdrawn his PF, then you will have to consider him as a PF member regardless of the salary he is drawing now.

What if he withdraws his PF contribution and does not want to be a member of the PF for the future?
