Need Help Understanding LTA/LTC Policy – Can Anyone Share Their Insights?

Dear Friend,

I know only this about LTA, maybe this will help you. Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) - The LTA amount may be claimed as an advance before proceeding on leave. The necessary documents/receipts must be submitted to the HR Department within one month after returning from leave. LTA will be paid yearly.
