How Do I Inform Employees About the New Office Grace Time Policy Change?

I want to circulate regarding office grace time is changed from 10 mins to 5 mins (meaning employees can arrive at the office 5 mins late, 3 times in the month). How should I draft the mail to inform about the office time change circular? Please suggest.

Regulation of Late Coming

The subject of late coming is regulated by the act. According to the act, if an employee arrives 10 minutes late, the employer can exclude the employee. In other words, an employee can be late for duties every day, but only by up to 10 minutes.

No Work-No Pay Principle

As per the principle of 'no work-no pay,' you can deduct wages for the total late reporting period for the month. It is not legally correct to deduct leave for more than 3 instances of late reporting, in case you are doing so.
